What my blog is about is controlling unhealthy foods in my life. I be damn if food control me. Today is June 25, 2018 and because of both my knee's went out on me in 2016 was hell. I had the left knee scoped twice and I had the right knee scoped once. Not being able to work and knees always in pain and thanks to all the no good doctors that was in my life, I gained over 80 pounds in two years. Not only my knees are bone to bone, but now the extra pounds have made me even more helpless. No doctors care about me. It was all about steroid shot and using both my insurance.
